The Blessings We Don't Deserve
Committed to Generosity
Today's focus: God has been especially generous to us. Let's commit to be generous to Him.
Theme Verse: Luke 6:38 "Give, and it will be given to you."
What are the three elements of commitment?
1. Concentration Luke 9:62 "No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit
for service in the Kingdom of God."

2. Consecration is defined as devoting entirely.
Micah 4:13 "Devote their ill-gotten gains to the Lord, their wealth to the Lord of all the earth."
3. Contentment I Timothy 6:6 "Godliness with contentment is great gain."
What about generosity?
F.E. Marsh listed some of the blessings we receive from God:
An acceptance that can never be questioned (Ephesians 1:6)
A deliverance that can never be excelled (I Peter 1:3-5)
A hope that can never be disappointed (Hebrews 6:18-19)
Psalm 103:10 "He does not treat us as our sins deserve."
Verse 17 "From everlasting to everlasting, the Lord's love is with those who fear Him."
In order to receive these blessings, we must "remember to obey His precepts."
